We are bringing our session around Connection in a larger format with the intention to build a community based in Connection, Safety and Authenticity. Facilitated through a therapeutic lens, different modalities are combined to offer an integrated and grounded journey and experience.
There will space and time after to share and connect deeper with the other participants, whose like-minded energies might inspire and support you on your journey.
Connection is a basic human need and a basic condition to form a healthy human psyche, nervous system and well-being. In this session we will explore how our current society is damaging this capacity, as well as what might be your own barricades that you internally might have put up since childhood or difficult events.
We will combine a Cacao Ceremony with the Enrootment Method, partner work, Energetic Bodywork, breathing and a sound journey by Samantha.
